Rose Medallion Bowl 10.75" at the lip and 4.5" high, in excellent shape Mid 1800's. Made in China and sent to the US by my great-grandmothers, great aunt as part of her wedding gift. She traveled extensively in China. Her gift also included a full set of very rare peacock medallion which is exceptionally detailed and colorful. This will be sold through Christies in NYC next year 2009. In several pictures the bowl sits on her sewing table. Shipping is at your expense. I require it to be insured, also at your expense.
