This is a 32 piece set of Rosenthal china in the cheerful pattern "Gayety". Rosenthal is a high-quality china manufacturer and the pricing is very expensive. For this particular pattern, sells a single cup and saucer for $27.99 each. The total cost of the set I'm offering on would be $656.68 before shipping and handling. This set includes 5 complete place settings plus extras. Each place setting has one 10" dinner plate, one 7.5" salad plate, one 6" bread and butter plate, one 7.5" soup bowl, and a teacup and saucer. The extra pieces are an additional 4 cups and saucers, 1 salad plate, 1 bread and butter plate, and 1 dinner plate. Just to be clear the set includes the following pieces: 9 cups and saucers 6 salad plates 6 bread and butter plates 6 dinner plates 5 soup bowls Total : 32 pieces Although in very good condition, this china has been lightly used. A few pieces show minimal wear, mainly in the form of a slight rubbing or lightening of the pattern. One teacup and two of the salad plates have small chips on the rim. It was recommended to me that an emery board would make the chips virtually unnoticeable although I never attempted it.
