Offered for your consideration this week are 6 wonderful mid-period pieces of Roseville Pottery in the most highly sought patterns: Baneda, Blackberry, Earlam, Falline, Imperial II, and Wisteria. Each is factory-fresh in that it is free from post-production damage and/or repairs. Please check out all these auctions as t is something for everyone, both the new and seasoned collector as well as those interested in resale. Best of all, each of these remarkable examples of Roseville's finest has a well-below-book reasonable reserve. PATTERN: FALLINE VINTAGE: 1933 DESCRIPTION: Substantial, weighing over three pounds, in one of Roseville's most coveted mid-period patterns is this rare 12.5" vase with crisp detailing and a superfine mold. Brilliant shades of brown, tan, and green grace this magnificent and scarce vase. This quality piece boasts an outstanding mold and color. Take note of the clear distinction between each of the individual peas in each pod. Check out other brown Falline on eBay to see the difference. This one is indeed a high quality example of this hard-to-find monumental piece is a most scarce line. Pics below were taken inside with a flash and no artificial lighting. Colors may show a bit brighter than they actually are. MOLD NO.: 653-12 DIMENSIONS: 12.5" h. x 8" w. (including handles)/ vase opening is 3.25" while base diameter is nearly 3.75"; circumference of the piece is 19". MARKS: Unmarked, this remarkable vase is known in the Roseville catalog pages as 653-12. CONDITION: Just as it came from the factory back in the 1930's. Impressive piece has no chips, cracks, or repairs whatsoever. PRICE GUIDE: Mollring (10th Edition, 2004):$1650-$2250; Bassett (2nd Edition, 2001): $1800-$2200; Humphries (19th Edition, 2004): $1275-$1875; Bomm (1st Edition, 1998): $1200-$1800; Huxford/Nickel (12th Edition, 2001): $1000-$1100.
