I knew this vase was special,although dirty, when I saw it at an estate sale. Although it does not have the wafer on the underside, it is a Roseville Fujiyama vase. It is approx 6.75 inches tall; 2.25 inches across base and approx 1.50 inches across the opening. I cleaned it a little, but it needs additional cleaning. A larger vase similar to this one was on a recent episode of Antique Roadshow. According to Roadshow expert, this Roseville line dates to 1906. There is some crazing but no chips or cracks. The artist's initials are visible in picture 12. Thanks for looking!
