Small Pink Moss Roseville Handled Planter/Jardinere/Bowl #289-4 This charming Moss Roseville came from an extremely prominent family estate auction held in the Midwest. Owners were avid collectors of Art Pottery/Glass spanning 40 plus years. What I found amazing is that they actively used most every single piece in their collection! Yep. Could certainly afford to have them "showcased", but instead, used them in their everyday lives. No matter how great a piece or what the form, they found a functional use. I love it. This piece is from their collection and is part of a larger collection purchased at auction. It certainly could use a soft cleaning which I have not done and am selling this piece exactly as purchased apologies and all. T are a few base nicks which I have photographed. They are old and not new. The rim is fine and the handles are, too. T are no other cracks or chips that I can detect. The surface is superb! Has just the right "weathering" from the sunlight, slightly crazed with age. Love the Moss pattern. Frond-styled leaves and the lush greens contrast well with the pastel tones of pinks Approx.Measurements 4 1/2"H by 6 1/2W" Weight 1lb 2.4oz Just think this piece has a great look, has a great "patina", love the Roseville Moss pattern, and is perfectly functional, as intended. Colours are bright, colourful, and vibrant.
