This is a very neat vintage transistor radio from Ross Electronics Corp. This is model Par-72. The golf ball is the radio part with the speaker on the top. This stands 5 1/2 inches tall and the ball and base are about 3 1/2 inches wide. The serial number is 10570. The frequency range is 540KC- 1600 KC. This takes a 9 volt battery which I did put in. I was able to get static, but not a channel. Fun item for your collection!!Check out my other items !I try to describe all items to the best of my ability.I am not an expert.
