The table has four very nicely detailed turned legs with original wheels. The table has just been refinished and is in excellent condition. When bidding on antiques or vintage items, please remember they are not new pieces and may show wear or other imperfections or distress resulting from age and use. Since antiques and vintage pieces do have age and use, wear and tear is extremely common and could possibly include marks, dings, chips, nicks, veneer loss, repairs, refinishing, replacement hardware, and scratches which are consistent with the age and use of these pieces. The reasons people desire to buy antiques is generally found in their character, uniqueness, and higher quality craftsmanship and materials from which they are constructed. If you are seeking a piece of furniture in perfect condition, then we would suggest you not bid on our items, but should instead aim to purchase brand new items from other vendors. Finally, we firmly believe that a picture is worth a thousand words. NOTE TO BIDDERS Regardless of which shipping company you use, extra charges may be incurred at the time of delivery if drivers and/or movers have to go "above and beyond" to deliver and/or place an item. 2) transport up or down staircases, stairs and/or steps
3) delivery to apartments (ground level or otherwise)
4) deliveries involving elevators (freight elevators included)
5) transport through hallways (winding or otherwise)
6) deliveries involving small rooms (attics, basements & closets included)
7) deliveries to locations other than that specified by the recipient
8) deliveries delayed by the absence or tardiness of the recipient.
This is a partial list of common factors that may contribute to increases in shipping costs at the time of delivery.
