Up for auction is this lovely flow blue souvenir plate by Rowland & Marsellus Co. Staffordshire, England. This plate is a souvenir of Providence, Rhode Island, with the State House in the center and 6 other local attractions around the rim. It measures 10 inches in diameter and is in their rolled rim design. The plate is in excellent condition with no chips. This Rowland & Marsellus mark indicates that this was made between 1893 and 1938. It has some crazing from age, but it is otherwise in very good condition. This fabulous historical plate is difficult to find as not many were made or sold. This is a wonderful addition to anyone's antique flow blue, historical or souvenir collection.
