A set of six Royal Albert Old Country Roses tea cups and saucers, English made, first quality and backstamped as shown with the original undated stamp used between 1962 and 1973. The cups are 7 cms (2 3/4") high and the saucers are 14 cms (5 1/2") across. (One cup has a badly-applied stamp, which at first sight looks like a 'second', but the white mark is under the glaze and is where the transfer has creased.) They are in very good used condition; the only sign of wear is some loss of gilding on the cup rims and tops of the handles - see pictures. Airmail to Europe �18.00, rest of world �33.00.
