Royal Copenhagen Figurine No. 1025 Rooster NOTE: I will be selling a large collection of Royal Copenhagen and Bing & Grondahl figurines and collectibles over the coming weeks. Many are large, rare or hard-to-find and are being de-accessioned by a lifetime collector. Most were purchased in Denmark over many years, mostly from antiques shops. * * * * * This Royal Copenhagen Rooster figurine measures 7-1/2" high and was designed by Christian Thomsen . It is beautifully glazed and hand colored, with wonderful realism and great plumage! It is stamped and signed on the bottom as shown. The line beneath the "G" in Copenhagen dates the figurine to 1969-74. Also impressed on the base with CTh fo r Christian Thomsen.
