Up for bid is this beautiful 75 piece set of
Royal Copenhagen "Blue Flower" China from a resent estate sale. The set consists of: 11 dinner plates 11 bread and butter plates 12 large soup bowls 14 cups (2 kinds - see pictures) 14 saucers (2 kinds - see pictures) 1 creamer 1 sugar bowl w/lid 1 platter (13" long) 2 square serving bowls (7 1/2" square) 1 oval serving bowl (9 1/2" long) 1 leaf serving dish (7 1/2" long) 2 butter pats 1 divided nut dish 1 sugar packet serving dish 1 coffee pot (repaired lid - see picture) 1 gravy boat (small chip - see picture) 75 pieces in all!!! The set is in wonderful condition and would be wonderful for The Holiday Season. I do believe the pieces of this set are seconds. They look so wonderful that it's hard to understand why. Except for an occasional dark speck or small firing dimples. The coffee pot has a repaired lid, but it is not visible when the lid is on. The gravy boat has a small chip on the attached dish. I debated weather or not to include these pieces, and decided that I would rather have them in the set and the new owner could make that choice. The rest of the pieces are without chips or cracks. The shipping cost is high, but that is for professional packing. It would be double boxed for added protection. That is for UPS shipping - including insurance. I took this set to two places and the estimate was surprisingly the same. I am not charging any more than their estimate. I feel, for a beautiful set such as this, that the extra cost is worth the extra expense. Or...... If you would like to eliminate the shipping costs you can pick them up in Temecula, California. Temecula is located approximately 50 miles north of San Diego. I wish to make clear to all potential buyers that all items are sold as is. I do my best to describe each item accurately. It is the responsibility of the buyer to thoroughly read the description and to look at all of the pictures. I am not an expert and I try to describe the item to the best of my ability.
