ROYAL COPENHAGEN BLUE FLUTED PLAIN OVAL TUREEN & LID W/ UNDERPLATE FIRST QUAL ROYAL COPENHAGEN BLUE FLUTED PLAIN OVAL TUREEN & LID W/ UNDERPLATE FIRST QUAL 214/98 This first quality Royal Copenhagen BLUE FLUTED PLAIN oval tureen (214 & 98) with underplate is in very nice condition. There are no chips, hairlines, flakes, utensil scratches, stains from food, craze marks, or repairs. This piece looks hardly used if at all. The underplate does not have the scrolled tab handles so this may be a oval serving platter. It fits the tureen very well so I can not be certain. Either way, the underplate can have a dual purpose. It is deep, not shallow like a serving platter. The tureen from handle to handle measures 12 3/8 inches, without the handles it measures 10 inches long by 7 5/8 inches wide. With the lid on, the tureen measures 7 3/4 inches tall. The underplate / platter measures 13 3/8 inches long by 10 3/8 inches wide. Marks are pictured and as you can see the waves (lines) do NOT have scratches through them which indicates these three pieces are first quality. I am happy to combine items to save on shipping costs.
