This auction ( Lot #2 ) offers a rare set of 3 small plates commonly referred to as bread and butter, although more typically used today for small sides or dessert . These are the same size as the other numbers that are saucers or B&B , measuring 5 5/8" diameter ( 14.25 cm ) ; they are all quite old, according to the Royal Copenhagen dating system, manufactured sometime between 1889 - 1922 ( no "Denmark" on the stamp ). These 3 are unique in that they have thicker rims than these plates normally do, which is a nice feature ! Please see photos for artists marks ( the pieces from before 1922 have numbers ). These will be professionally wrapped and sent out promptly. These are from a large New York estate collection of fine china, porcelain, crystal, silver, and other items.....check my other listings ! I have 4 lots which vary slightly, but were used together in the same service . GOOD LUCK ! PayPal only accepted.
