The Auction: Presented for auction is a figurine by Royal Copenhagen featuring a Faun playing a Pan Flute (or Pipes). The figurine stands 5-1/2" high, is 5" deep, and the width is 3-1/2". Although all stated dimensions are approximate, they are very close to accurate. The underside includes the official blue stamp of Royal Copenhagen Crown Mark with "Denmark" below the crown/circle, and further below are the blue line waves followed by the mold ID #1736. To the right of the waves are the letters "EF". Also included on the underside are the embossed initials "EB" and in another location, what appears to be other letters that are barely readible. The aforementioned letters may be "CmTk". This auction does not include the original box which is missing. The Condition: This figurine appears to be a factory first quality as it has no scratches through the backstamp. There are minor finish runs on the underside that in no way de-value the item. The figurine is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, crazing, or repairs. Shipping and Payment: As I have other ongoing auctions underway presenting similar figurines by this maker, please note that I will combine shipments for the same Buyer and only charge you for actual shipping charges above $20 via USPS Priority Mail plus any additional desired insurance.
