Packages under 2kg in weight are shipped via "Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Signed-For" and the expected delivery aim is between 2 & 5 working days. Items over 2kg are shipped by "ParcelForce 48" and the delivery aim is 2 working days (weekends are not classed as working days). Both Royal Mail & Parcel Force may take an extra day for deliveries in remote areas (i.e. the Scottish Highlands). If an item is required more urgently then we do offer "1st class Recorded Signed-For" with a delivery aim of 1-2 days or "Special Delivery Pre-1pm" & "ParcelForce 24" for next day deliveries at an additional cost.
