A Royal Crown Derby Paperweight 'Country Mouse' - Discontinued This is a lovely first quality paperweight, modelled as a Country Mouse by John Abbitt and is decorated in the Imari shades of blue and gold. The model was introduced in 2000 and discontinued in 2002. It measures approx 3.5cms high and is in lovely condition, with no chips or restoration. It is marked on the bottom with the usual marks and the special interlaced 'M's year cypher for the year 2000. It has a gold stopper denoting that it is a first quality piece but does not have it's original box. I always obtain proof of posting and cannot be held responsible for items which are damaged or lost in the post. Insured methods of postage, such as recorded delivery, special delivery and international signed for post are strongly recommended for all items, whether going abroad or in the UK. If insured postage is not used there is little that can be done to trace an item. I am happy to combine postage to reduce costs, where possible.
