This beautiful figurine is approximately 8 1/4 " tall and 5" wide at the top. She has a black hat w/ green feather. Her shawl is purple with light purple fringe. Her skirt is mustard yellow w/white top and apron. The visible balloons are 1 green, 2 yellow, 2 blue, 1 purple and 1 dark red. The bottom reads: Royal Doulton HN 2935 "Balloon Lady" Modelled by Peter A. Gee Limited 1983 Thank you for looking!
