I'm not an expert on DUCKS but this little lady sure does look realistic to me..! This is the FEMALE MALLARD DUCK with her head stretched forward, HN2556. She is in EXCELLENT condition, the artist did a super job with all of the fine details. The coloring is a combination of browns and turquoise. T are NO chips, cracks, discoloration or restoration anyw..any white spots is just glare from the camera. She is 4" high and 7" long from the tip of her beak to the tip of her tail..!
This lady duck has been hiding in a curio cabinet for the last 60+ years, she was ONLY in production from 1941 to 1946 which is a VERY SMALL period of availability. You won't find one nicer than this on EBay..! ******************************************************************************* PAYMENT & SHIPPING INFO: Canadian & Overseas buyers MUST USE PAYPAL unless you have access to some form of payment that is in US currency . For US buyers I do accept check, money orders and Paypal. Checks will require item be held until bank clearance. Insurance is optional on all of the choices and at the buyer's request only . **** Canadian & Overseas bidders PLEASE read: ALL OTHER LOCATIONS should use the International Shipping calculation option for the correct shipping charges that would apply. USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL INTERNATIONAL is the less costly method but t is NO Insurance options available. INSURANCE is optional and only available when USPS Priority Mail International OR USPS Express Mail International is picked. T is also one other option called Global Express Guaranteed which is fast but much more expensive, PLEASE CONTACT ME after the auction ends IF you are interested in using this method. IF THE BUYER DOES ELECT TO INSURE THE ITEM , DO NOT automatically PAY with the PAYPAL screens until I send an EBAY Invoice with the INSURANCE cost added into the TOTAL shipping charge.I will pack each item very safely with plenty of bubble wrap and strong exterior boxes to try to avoid any damages in transit. I've had very good luck with previous out-of-country shipments but you can never prepare for loss or extreme mishandling. Uninsured items will ship at buyer's risk.
