A Beautiful plate in tones of spring pinks by Royal Doulton and artist Chen Chi The title is GARDEN OF TRANQUILITY. It is the 1st plate in the Chen Chi series. The artist Chen Chi arrived in the United States in 1947 and his watercolors have been exhibited in major museums. His style is a unique blend of western impressionism executed with the delicacy of traditional chinese art. A beautiful plateand a work of art on fine Royal Doulton china. The diameter is 10 1/2" and comes in a hard presentation case with brochure on the artist and Royal Doulton. No chips , cracks or defects.
