Absolutely mint condition! Royal Doulton's "The Wizard" # HN 2877 by A. Maslankowski. Issued from 1979 to presently and valued at $575.00 by Charlton Standard Catalogue. This figurine is in mint condition. I love it! The details are so clear from the expression on his face to the spell he's reading in his book. So clear that you can read the spell as follows: "Spell 177 - Take two newts tails crushed. Add the ground whiskers of white mice, sir with a bats claws. Simmer during the fullness of the moon. Add the distilled essence of deadly nightshade and one single drop of the frozen breath of a fair maiden." He's wearing a black sorcerer/wizard's hat with a white star and planets, a long blue robe with a rope belt which holds a satchel on his left side. T is a wise old owl sitting on his right shoulder and an adorable black cat rubbing at his feet who has a white tip on his tail. You can almost hear him purring. Again, the details are awesome.
