ROYAL DOULTON MIDSUMMER NIGHTS DREAM PITCHER / TANKARD / JUG Up for auction is a great porcelain pitcher by Royal Doulton from their "Midsummer Nights Dream" pattern that I believe was made in a full dinnerware service from 1907 until 1928. This piece stands 6-3/4" high from the base to the spout. It has the landscape design around the top rim while the middle of the jug depicts "Bottom" as well as other decorative panels. The pitcher is hexagonal. This vintage beauty is in excellent condition. It is free of any chips, cracks or flakes. It also appears to be free of any age-related crazing. It is very clean both inside and out. A superb specimen for your Royal Doulton collection! Insurance is required on this auction. Thanks for looking!
