Contents: Includes a concise history of the manufacturer from its beginnings in 1853 till today, a pictorial overview of decorative items representing the Victorian, Art Nouveau, Art Deco, Post War and Contemporary Era. Includes ALL THE MARKS AND STAMPS USED BY ROYAL DUX and corresponding dates , a reference helping date when pieces were created. The selected pieces photographed are examples housed in the Regional Museum in Teplitz. Published by Royal Dux, in 2003 to commemorate 150 years of production. Text and charts written by Jaroslava Dvorakova, curator of Ceramics and Glass of the Regional Museum in Teplitz. The first such publication of it's kind on this company, the pieces of which are collected around the world. Written in Czech language, the short history section is also written in English and in German. A nice publication for collectors of decorative porcelain and china, published on heavy, glossy paper.
