This is a vintage British Army Officer's Swagger Stick from the Royal Hampshire Regiment . I believe it is from the 2nd Battalion . I'm not sure of it's exact age but I would guess that it is pre 1945. It is very well made and is of a slightly flexible cane. I'm not sure but it may be bamboo? The head of the stick may be silver but I'm not for sure? The opposite end appears to be brass. The entire stick measures 26 7/8 inches (68.2 cm) long and is in excellent condition but does show use.
