Particularly well struck badge, with a blackened brass finish, removed on the highlights. Maker marked "J.R. GAUNT LONDON." Both original lugs present on reverse. N.B. A specialist collector of the RNWMP advised me that the blacked finish badges were used by the personnel proceding to Russia as part of the Siberian Expeditionary Force.
