Up for auction today is a beautiful Ruby Red glass plate or dish. It would hold a cake real nice as well! It is a very well made piece of glass with no rough seams,sharp edges or cloudiness. The pattern is Thistle. It is in perfect shape with no cracks,scratches,flea bites or chips. It measures 12-1/4" in diameter at top X 1-1/2" High! It is a pretty substantial piece! It was hand made in Cambridge,OHIO.Any lines or white spots that you see in the picture are from the camera flash. It is REAL solid red glass and not painted or flashed on red. This is truly a beautiful piece of glass and would make a wonderful addition to any Ruby glass or cake Plate collection!
