In no way does this reflect what we have invested in these items . we have one of the Finest Royal Worcester vases. This is antique ca.1880 and is simply huge. T are just so many things to point out with this piece. Hand reticulated (hand cut) flowers all over the body, top, and base of this masterpiece. The enamel gold work is jeweled and some of the thickest I have ever seen. It just comes off the body, and on this piece it's incredible. Done into flowers and stems. The hand painted roses and other flowers are spectacular. T are four areas of flowers all surrounded by gold and more gold. The handles are superbly ornate and have protruding pieces coming out. The top and main upper body have incredible reticulation. Again, some of the finest I have ever seen. All done into flowers. The top spins and is very arabesque in nature. Incredible mold on this piece. The base is ever reticulated. T are different floral areas and I cannot name all the different flowers. The definition which the flowers are painted is intricate and done by a master of their craft. This gorgeous piece stands 18" tall with a wide bulbous diameter of 9". T are a number of marks on the bottom along with part of the original paper label. T is an impressed Royal Worcester mark, a mark in green. Other impressed numbers such as X7 and some others. They really wanted to document this piece. We saw this in a book of antiques from 15 years ago that priced it at 2500-3500 pounds. No chips, cracks or repairs of anykind. T is a top that fits into the very top. The original top was either lost or broken, so they saved the very top part which I have and am including with the vase. It sticks right into the very top and was original. Rarely do you even find the original tops for these. So I am including it instead of leaving it out. No reserve as always. We accept check or money order (preferred) and also take paypal. We ship Anyw in the world. We do not charge a handling fee with shipping. We are now listing shipping price, but please take into consideration these prices are "Without" insurance and we ask that you "WAIT" to pay for won items after the auction so we may add the necessary Insurance (required) into the invoice. Again! Do not pay for the item until we send you an invoice through ebay. These prices are also for East coast costs and West of the Rockies will require an additional charge. It's not us as the USPS has raised their rates 1/3. We ship Priority and pack very, very well. Insurance is included in all shipping prices. Our prices are very good. I know you will be happy. Please remember that all items are sold "as is" and sold that way, unless I make a mistake in the description.
