Fabulous set of 6 coffee cups and saucers by Royal Worcester, signed by J. W. Sedgley, they are gorgeous, each cup has a peacock perched on a branch with lovely pinecones and branches surrounding the entire cup, the saucer is also of the pinecone and branch design, each cup stands 1 7/8" tall and 2 1/8" diameter, saucers are 3 3/4" diameter, each cup is signed Sedgley, lovely gilt interior, handles and the base. Each piece is marked with Royal Worcester puce mark, with a date code of 1924. One cup is in need of restoration (poorly glued back together) still dispalys nicely. T is some very fine crazing to some pieces and the gold gilt to the center of the saucers have a few light scratches from cup being placed, no porcelain exposed. This was most likely in a lovely lined box with demitasse spoons. Please see photos, email with any questions.
