This is a great Real Photo Postcard of a Virginia View, titled, "An Air View Cavalier Hotel Beach Club, Virginia Beach, Va." This looks like a pretty swank hotel resort, right on the beach. This card was mailed and is postmarked 1939. This card appears to be professionally done by an unattributed photographer. This card has minor normal expected wear and some minor edge staining. It is in overall good condition for its age. Real Photo postcards were usually made by private individuals or regional photographers (as I believe to be the case with this one). They were usually not printed in large quanities as the postcards done by large commercial publishing houses were of popular tourist sights and tfore are rarer. Some of the ones especially by private individuals can be unique. This card likely by a regional photographer from this somewhat obscure view could also well be unique at this point in time. Chances are that if you would like a vintage example of this card anytime soon, you will need to get it I am pleased to offer this historic view for consideration.
