FROM A NON-SMOKING HOUSEHOLD. Description: You are bidding on a vintage Real Photo Postcard (RPPC) B.I.L. Co's Plant, Beaver Island, Michigan. Appears to be a sawmill for Lumber Early 1900's Real Photo Postcard. Size: 3.5 x 5.5 Condition: Good, minor wear on edges, corners, unused, please see the attached pictures. Shipping: Buyer is to pay the shipping cost, United States Postal Service. Shipping cost includes new envelope, backer board, packing materials, tracking info, postage and fuel to the Post Office. Buyer may purchase insurance at additional cost. Insurance is highly recommended ! I do offer a shipping discount for multiple items purchased at the same time.
