Here up for auction we have a real neat cast iron - mechanical - reproduction bank that is marked on the Hand Car - B & P RR - HANDCAR - Push or pull back the Handcar to lock it in place - Place your coin onto the front of the Handcar's circular platform - Press the right side lever downward and watch the Handcar move quickly toward the RR Crossing sign depositing your coin into the bank - While the Handcar is moving 2 R R Workers move the handle and their hands go up and down - There is a cast iron coin stopper on the bottom of the bank to enable you to remove your deposited coins - We tested this new - older - stock bank for it's first time and it worked very well - Nicely painted this bank would make a super gift for someone or this bank would be a nice addition to any mechanical bank collection.
