This is the NS line from Chattanooga (CNO&TP) then North to Danville, Kentucky w the line splits and heads North to Cinci or West to St. Louis, via Louisville and Southern Indiana and Southern Illinois. Major towns include: Dayton, Harriman, Oneida, Tennessee... then Somerset, Danville, Georgetown, Shelbyville, Lexington, and Louisville, Kentucky... then on to New Albany, Depauw, Huntingburg, Evansville and Princeton, Indiana... and Mt. Carmel, Mt. Vernon, Centralia and Alton, Illinois and then finally St. Louis
This is an original railroad document, the track chart for NS's Kentucky Division, updated to 1992, 179 pages. A track chart shows every mile of track, including curvature, signals, waterways, tunnels, grade, speed, rail type and maintenance.
This is a VERY detailed track chart. Every switch, yard, many public roads and all RR interchanges. One of the pages is shown on the right.
