I will combine shipping if you win multiple auctions AND in the case of small $ orders (under $35), if the item(s) are relatively small and light, I can likely reduce shipping below the $8.50 minimum stated below--but ask BEFORE the auction ends please! Very attractive full store display of colorfully packaged transfers or tattoos. Holds 72 and has a very nice store display poster that measures 9 x 8. Display measures 6 x 4. Made in Italy.....Americana Sweets. PLEASE NOTE-following info applies to DUTCH AUCTIONS ONLY: a Dutch auction is when I am selling multiples of the same item: quantity=2 or more....go to /help/buy/buyer-multiple.html to familiarize yourself with the rules as they work DIFFERENTLY than a normal auction! The most notable difference being: for example,if quantity=5 AND if you bid $35 on ALL FIVE of the items and win all five, even if the next lowest bidder is only $20 OR if t is no other bidder at all, you will still pay $35 each. To avoid that in this example, bid $35 on 4 and bid lower on the remaining one. DUTCH AUCTION CONDITION : I am selling items from an old toy distributor warehouse. I am selling in many cases MULTIPLES of the same item (called a Dutch auction by EBAY,read rules above). Since we are dealing with VINTAGE items, not every item will have the EXACT condition flaws (if any) as the one pictured. However, the general overall condition of all items in the same auction will be the same. If I grade items in the auction EXCELLENT, then any item you will receive from that auction will be in EXCELLENT condition although it may not match exactly condition-wise with the one shown in the photo. In short, you will receive an EXCELLENT example of what is shown in the photo. If you cannot accept the way I am doing this, please do not bid. FOR PERSONAL CHECK PAYMENT : I wait 10 business days from the day I DEPOSIT your personal check (which is usually the same or next day as I receive it) for personal check orders to ship---example, if I DEPOSIT your personal check payment on Monday December 3, the SOONEST I will ship your order is TUESDAY DEC. 18. If you are not willing to wait that long, please pay some other way. Even though good checks DO clear in 1-3 days from deposit, I do not receive notice from my bank about bad ones until about 10 business days later. I have no way of knowing that a good check has cleared, only that a bad one has not, hence the waiting period for ALL personal checks. SHIPPING : As a rule, unless item is fairly small, light,and cheap, minimum shipping and insurance is $8.50 in the USA. Generally, I ship all items within the USA via UPS insured only. So, PLEASE DO NOT BID unless you can provide a street address! WHY UPS?? I ship via UPS because t are several advantages compared to shipping USPO--for example, UPS insurance is usually cheaper PLUS UPS insurance claims are much easier and quicker to resolve than with the USPO. In fact, many people do not know this BUT if a USPO item is damaged (but not destroyed), the USPO demands to take possession of the item BEFORE they will pay even partial damage claims AND THE USPO STILL KEEPS...
