The beauty of this ruffed grouse is easily shown by the detailed craftsmanship of an excellent taxidermist.
My brother who is from Western Wisconsin had this grouse done for me by a professional who took pride in
every art project he undertook. This was one of his prize works that hanging on his office wall.This elegant bird
has been on my wall for approximately 3 years and I always receive compliments about the authenticity of the bird
and the workmanship that went into it. It is like the day it came out of the taxidermist's office. In great condition with
out any flaws.
This beauty measures 26 inches from tail to tip of the driftwood mount. It is approximately 16 inches tall so it is
not a diminutive center piece but sets the owner out as one with good taste and a flair for the outdoors. It will
complement your office, den or cabin walls with a distinctive rugged but artistic look.
