VINTAGE CHOCOLATE CANDY MOLD This auction is for an old vintage chocolate candy mold of a Running Hare. The number 1024 is present and the name "Ges Gesch" is also present. (See Photo) I have not used it or cleaned it and it looks to be in great condition. The mold measures about 5 ½" tall x 2 ¾" at the base. (See photos) A very nice addition to a collection or the start to one. I am selling off all of the molds in my collection except for a few. I have been collecting for years. A very solid tight mold. The detail is EXCELLENT . This mold is the heavy type that is also used for Barley Candy and Clear Toy Candy. Please see photos. Please see photos. Any dark spots are old candy. T are Extra Large Banquet Rabbits from 14" to 18" tall, Rabbits driving cars and trains, on Scooters, Doing farm work, Running, going to Market, Pushing a Baby Carriage, Sitting in Baskets, Leaning on Baskets, Sitting, Standing, Begging, Riding a Pig, Hiking (Tall and Short), Sitting on a Stump with an empty Basket, Ridding a Rooster, Playing a Guitar, An Lady Rabbit carrying a Basket of Eggs t are also Lambs, A boy with a Ram, Roosters, and some other Rabbits. Most all are the Heavy Type but t are a couple tin types. The Rabbit in the front center of the picture with the clip is the tin type. It is a beautiful mold with GREAT detail from the flowers and grass at its feet to the fur, eyes and ears. It is a mold that reminds us of the chocolate bunnies that we received many years ago as children.
