Offered is a fantastic and rare collection of New York City Ruppert Beer items from the early 1900s to the 1940s. It consists of two large photos of brewery workers in the woods drinking dark beer. There are four smaller photos of two workers. These photos also show an early Ruppert beer delivery truck. The larger man in the photos appears to be the same German born Gregor Seufert whose photo ID license issued by the New York Captain of Port is also offered. These licenses are extremely rare and few have survived. And there's a 6 1/2" x 4 1/2" studio portrait of what appears to be the same Mr. Seufert. He also appears to be the same large fellow in the center of the larger group of beer drinkers in the woods. No reserve.
