STYLISH RUSCHA POTTERY BOWL This is decorated with a theatre and arts theme similar to the maske decoration. Rudolf Schardt took over the by Georg Schardt's founded factory and renamed the company "Ruscha". Cilli Wörsdörfer was responsible for the art pottery department in the 1950s and was famous for her handpainted designs including "Milano" and "Zebra". Otto Gerharz was production director from 1951 and devised the "Vulkano" glaze. Kurt Tschörner created most of the shapes. Other notable designers were Ernst Borens, Hans Welling, Adele Bolz and Heinz Siery. Good condition Circa 1960 Dimensions:Length 19cmWidth 16cmHeight 8.5cm
