Up for auction is this this Russel Wright American Modern Seafoam Dish Set. T are four 10 inch plates. Two of the plates have a chip as you can see in Picture 4. T is 1 smaller 8 inch plate. It also has a chip as you can see in picture 4. All of the rest of the items have no chips or cracks. The creamer is 7 inches wide. The lidded sugar bowl is 6 inches in diameter. The lidded teapot is 9 inches wide. T is a 6 inch saucer plate and a 5 inch pour bowl. T is also salt and pepper shakers. Wright designed these pieces for Steubenville, and were made from 1939-1959. They are in the color known as Seafoam which is a blue-green color. They are signed (incised) on the bottom: Russel Wright/MFG. BY STEUBENVILLE. These are quite the collectors items.
