Russel Wright Theme Formal Teapot , This teapot is in mint condition.This was RW final dinnerware line Made in 1965 by Yamato in Japan. Beautiful white porcelain. This line was not heavily marketed so it is rare. This teapot has a beautiful clean glaze. No staining no crazing no chips no cracks. Upon very close inspection you can see w someone must have touched the pot on the side BEFORE the glaze was applied, because t is an ultra minor dip in the clay, I had this pot for many years and just noticed it, honestly it is very minor and not even measurable. The area is completely smooth and you honestly have to pick the pot up bring it to bright light and hold it on a certain angle to find it, I am sure most people would not even know it was t but I want to disclose everything. I was not even going to mention it, I cannot show it in a photo it is so minor. This very rare pot will not be listed again, it will remain in my collection if it does not sell.I have seen this pot offered for sale 2 times ranging from 4000-2000. I have a reserve of 1000.
