Russia. Pattern 2 Kopeks, 1740-SPB. Bitkin-H22; B-4; GM-49. Novodel. 35 mm. 23.10 grams. Edge-5. Ivan III. Michailovitch states that this novodel was modeled on the picture in Chaudoir (1836, plate 32 #1) which accounts for its strange design. Extremely Rare. PCGS graded MS-64 Brown.
