We are putting up for sale our personal collection of greatGerman Art Deco Porcelain. We’ve conducted a research and such pieces are not currently available anyw in European, American auctions as well as Ebay. Porcelain figurines from our collection are mostly from Rosenthal porcelain factory, made by famous artists such as Walter Schott, Constantin Holzer-Defanti, Rudolf Marcuse, Karl Himmelstoss and others renown artists of the era. Most of these figures are published in a famous Rosenthal porcelain book by Dieter Struss. Description: One of the most important figurines created by famous designer who worked on the Rosenthal porcelain factory, Constantin Holzer-Defanti in 1920’s. The Russian Ballet was very popular in early 20 th century and many artists in porcelain, paintings, bronze etc. used images of Russian Ballet artists.
