PLEASE READ I am not a dealer, This is from my private collection. I bought this collection on E-bay several years ago. My intention was to use it for my used/CTO Russian. I repaired and cleaned up the albums as best I could and added many of my duplicates to it. One of the binders is not in best of shape. These two binders encompass the Soviet years, 1917 to 1989. The Minkus pages are numbered and run from page 8 to page 522, NONE are missing. I would guess that from about 1930 on it is about 90% complete. earlier than 1930 its spotty. I am including a group of early stamps that I never got around to checking for watermarks etc. The stamps are mostly all used/CTO. Keep in mind that these pages are not easy to find. I hope to place volume one for sale when I get a chance to put stamps in it. REVISION - Looking at this again, I might say the albums are only 75% complete. Its hard to guess, the later years are almost full, therefore I am lowering the price.
