This is small samovar, no maker mark, made probably in Tula. It fit only 2 litters of water and it weight 4.2 kg. So you can make only 6-7 cups of tea. In Russia this kind of samovar called "Tet-a-tet". Which is mean this samovar was used to make a tea for two persons.
