This RUSSWIN Padlock comes with one key and is in great working condition. This padlock comes from the I.O.W. Plant. (Indiana Ordnance Plant) - This plant open 1941-1942 and had three sections IOW #1, IOW #2 and HOP - Hoosier Ordinance Plant - This padlock is from the HOP - which manufactured, loaded and packed bags for propellant charges. The front of the case has RusswiN acoss the body with the old logo style. Engraved above the logo is C4 - this was the locksmith identification code. The key also has C4 on one side and 4 on the other. The shackle is stainless steel with HARDENED across the top of it. It also has attached a 9" bronze sash chain. On the back of the case is (line 1) CORBIN CABINET LOCK (line 2) NEW BRITAIN, CONN USA (line 3) PAT. NO. 1.849.775. Above this information is HOP - that was engraved by the plant locksmiths. Also down one side of the case is HOP C4. On the back side of the padlock is a slash in the padlock it goes over the P - from the HOP and also over the NET - OF CABINET.
