The Complete Collection of the 1920's Commemorative Stamps Encased in plastic mounts on presentation panels This is a very nice dark blue with silver lettering 2-ring oversized binder containing 25 mint and 3 used singles This collection was an offering by the Postal Commemorative Society titled. Sold via a subscription service. Included in this Collection are the following Scott numbers - Mint, unless noted otherwise: Sc. 548, 549, 550 [used], 610, 614, 615, 616 [used], 617, 618, 619[used] , 620,621, 627, 628, 629, 643, 644, 645, 646, 647, 648, 649, 650, 651, 654, 657, 680, and 681 As the stamps are encased in plastic, I can not verify if they have ever been hinged, or if they have full gum. The encased MNH stamps on historical background data sheets are protected in clear mylar album pages and housed in an album are in excellent condition. - Note the original subscribers name is printed on album front. Heirloom quality to pass onto future generations. Album measures approx. 12 " X 7 1/4" X 2" thick. It is in excellent condition as are all the content. Random sampling of pages photographed below.
