PRICE REDUCTION !!! Here we have an excellent copy of the rare 12'' vinyl album by Dale Hawkins entitled 'Oh ! Suzy - Q'.It was originally issued in 1958 on the American Chess record label and the catalogue no. was L.P.1429.This copy is thought to be a mid-1970s pressing of the same album with the outer cover appearing to be identical to the original 1958 cover.The record,however,differs from the original which had white lettering on a black background.This version has black lettering on an orange and blue background and refers to Chess as being a division of the All Platinum Group,which also suggests a mid-1970s pressing. There are 12 tracks and these are :- Side One Suzie Q Don't Treat Me This Way Juanita Tornado Little Pig Heaven Side Two Baby,Baby Mrs. Mergritory's Daughter Take My Heart Wild,Wild World See You Soon Baboon Four Letter Word - Rock The record itself is in excellent condition,possibly mint,and does not appear to have been played very much,if at all.The outer cover is also in excellent condition and might have been classified as mint except for a small deletion cut out at the top.The cover is still in its original shrink wrapping and there are no major marks or blemishes,no rips or tears and no handwriting on the cover. Payment can be made by paypal or,if preferred,by personal cheque.The record will be despatched immediately upon payment. Insurance is included in the postage cost for items of value up to £41 ( UK only ).Items valued at more than £41 can still be fully insured but this would be subject to an increase in the postal cost,currently an additional £3.55 for cover up to £500. I do offer a full refund should any record be found to be materially different from its description.Please,therefore, for any of my records.
