PRICE REDUCTION !!! Here we have a rare USA 12'' vinyl album from Fats Domino entitled 'Here Stands Fats Domino'.It was originally issued in 1957 on the American Imperial record label and the catalogue no. was LP-9038 . This record is the equally rare 1969 version re-issued by Liberty Records who had acquired the Imperial label some years previously.This 1969 version was electronically re-recorded by Liberty 'to simulate stereo' and the cover describes the record as being 'electronically re-channeled stereo'.The catalogue number was altered by Liberty to LP-12390 but the cover also refers to the original catalogue number as 'LP-9038 High Fidelity'. There are 12 tracks and these are :- Side One Detroit City Blues Hide Away Blues She's My Baby New Baby Little Bee Every Night About This Time Side Two I'm Walkin' I'm In The Mood For Love Cheatin' You Can Pack Your Suitcase Hey! Fat Man I'll Be Gone THE RECORD ITSELF IS IN MINT CONDITION.IT IS STILL SEALED WITHIN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED IN 42 YEARS ! The outer cover is in excellent condition.There is a deletion cut out in one bottom corner and both top corners are slightly crumpled.A small piece of the shrink wrapping is missing from one of the top corners but apart from these minor issues there are no major marks or blemishes,no rips or tears and no handwriting on the cover. Payment can be made by paypal or,if preferred,by personal cheque.The record will be despatched immediately upon payment. Insurance is included in the postage cost for items of value up to £41 ( UK only ).Items valued at more than £41 can still be fully insured but this would be subject to an increase in the postal cost,currently an additional £3.55 for cover up to £500. I do offer a full refund should any record be found to be materially different from its description.Please,therefore, for any of my records.
