Up for auction is 3 pieces of authentic memorabilia from President Ulysses S. Grant Memorial ServicePlymouth, Mass., August 8th, 1885 Included: MEMORIAL SERVICE PROGRAM (Eulogy) It is a printed, 4 pg. folded spread. Each page measures 8 in. by 5.25 in. Front page features portrait of Grant, with location and time of service. Following pages contain the service exercises (Music by G.L. Osgood, Address by Hon. Thos. Russell) Back page has cross/crown logo. Condition is good, some fold marks from being in envelope MOURNING PIN Black & white 'mourning pin' featuring text "GRANT." Manufacturer marking, "TRESSE PARIS" on backside of pin STAMPED ENVELOPE Original envelope, once containing program, opened at side. 2 cent postage stamp Addressed to Kingston, Massachusetts. Postmarked twice (?) Features photo of Grant in corner of envelope Very unique & rare presidential memorabilia. It is difficult to put a price on these, so auction is starting low.
