This is a superb Art Nouveau lidded vase by the S Hancock & sons, Corona pattern. The vase is in stunning condition with no ware to the gilding or paint,the colours are very strong & bright with a superb design amongst a floral display. The vase stand and elegant 9 and 1/2" high and have no chips or cracks,no repairs(black light tested with a fine blush ivory glaze.(any white marks in the pics are just reflections.) A very fine vase.DATES TO AROUND 1900 THIS IS A BEAUTIFUL PIECE IN ONE OF THE BEST SHAPES AND WOULD ENHANCE ANY COLLECTION.
