is an exquisite Cut Crystal jam/jelly serving jar with Repousse Sterling Lid and Sterling serving spoon by S. Kirk and Son. This lovely item is in etched cut crystal and has a delightful grape vine with grapes, vine and leaves etched around the crystal serving jar. The Repousse lid in in a delightful daisy pattern with it's lid stem done in a fully bloomed daisy. The lid is notched so that the sterling serving spoon rests delicately in the serving jar, ready for your favorite jam, jelly or preserve. The jar measures 2 1/2 inches tall x 2 1/2 wide at the throat narrowing to 1 3/4 inches at the base. It is encircled by the etched grapes, vines and leaves pattern as displayed in the photos. The Repousse sterling lid is stamped S. Kirk & Son Sterling on the lid rim and measures 2 inches across is slightly under 1 inch tall from base to the top of the daisy patterned lid handle. The delicate serving spoon is stamped S. Kirk & Son Sterling on the handle back and measures 3 3/4 inches long by 7/8 inches wide at the spoons bowl. I have attempted to capture this lovely item in the photos but they simply do not do it justice. It is magnificent.
