Nice gently used USMC ILBE main pack These are made by Propper and designed by Arcteryx so you know they are good. This thing is huge! PAYMENT INFORMATION: Immediate payment for all auctions is expected . If you cannot pay immediately, please have the courtesy to let me know (I have no problem waiting for additional auctions to end in order to combine postage costs). Henceforth I am only able to accept Paypal, per Ebay rules. Priority Mail postage will generally be $4.95 to 20 to U.S. addresses, depending on the size of the parcel. If you win more than a single auction from me, I will combine everything into one parcel to save postage costs, factoring in the overall weight and size of the items, and any special packing considerations. RETURN POLICY: I do not offer returns on any items, unless the buyer can establish that the item was mis-represented or is not as could be expected from the photographs and auction description. HANDLING TIME: I generally ship items within three days of payment being received. Quite often, I will ship sooner (next day), depending on my schedule. My goal is to ship your item out at the earliest possible convenience Does have the lid and the inner pouch that snaps in. Waist belt is a medium. A couple of the handles have been wrapped in hundred mile an hour tape.
